Challenge:
efreshli had no dedicated shop landing page, leading to a disconnected shopping experience. Customers had difficulty navigating a vast catalog of over 2,000 brands, impacting product discovery and conversions.
Solution:
- Conceptualized, designed, and iterated four versions of the shop landing page before launching a fully optimized experience
- Prioritized intuitive browsing, advanced filtering, and a frictionless transition from discovery to checkout
- A new iteration is currently in progress to further enhance the experience based on user feedback
Impact:
